We recap point 8 “Is Mary the mother of Jesus our Lord, the Queen of Heaven”?
Who the bible identify the “Queen of heaven” as?
Do Mary and the saints that died and went to heaven play any role in our lives as believers today?
What is that role?
What are the 2 reasons that the examples of others were recorded in the scripture?
Admonition is reason number 1. and it means: a warning, and for us to call attention to something.
We are to learn not to make the same mistakes that others made.
Reason 2. Is we are to follow the examples of those things that they did that were worthy of imitating.
So that we can be encouraged and experience success in our lives by doing the right things that they did.
Who was and is our ultimate example we are to follow?
Does the bible teach us to pray to Mary and the saints?
What does the bible call the practice of praying to the dead, or invoking the spirit of one who has died?
What does the bible say about practicing necromancy?
Not only does God condemn these wicked practices, but what danger do we open ourselves up to when we do these things?
We must remember that the devil and all his demons are seeking to steal, kill, and destroy our lives and we would be wise to remember this.
Our only safeguard is the word of God, the bible. God gave it to us for many reasons, and 1 main reason is that we may come into a relationship with him and be able to know what truth is and what is a lie.
